日本食との相性が抜群なワインを開発するために、今まで長い長いリサーチに励んできました。
そして、今回、初めてのお披露目となりましたが、ラティテュードワインのテイスト、プレゼンテーション、コストパフォーマンスに対して、思った以上に高い評価を頂けて、その努力の甲斐があったと、心から嬉しい気持ちでいっぱいです。

We have carried out extensive research on compatibility, and endeavoured to produce wines that can be perfectly paired with Japanese cuisine.  Said efforts were totally rewarded by your outstanding comments on the taste, presentation, and cost performance of our L’Attitude wines.
